With close to 25 years of experience, Gaurav has a deep expertise and demonstrable experience in managing targeted performance improvement change programmes for enterprises. Notably, he has delivered these programmes in varying perspectives from being part of a service delivery team of an enterprise (GE), to advising $5bn TCV as a trusted third-party advisor and interim executive (ISG/TPI), to those as part of a service provider organisation (Accenture and Cognizant). These programmes have been across the three vectors of Run & Optimise the Business, Change the Business and Grow the Business. He has worked for substantial periods of time in each key geography such as US, UK, Australia and Russia, and consistently recognized as a high performer.
